Analytics & Performance Measurement (Google Analytics)
We use Google Analytics to analyze website traffic and understand how visitors use our site. This service collects anonymized data including:
This data is processed by Google in accordance with its privacy policy. You can prevent this data collection by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- Pages visited and visit duration.
- Device type, browser, and operating system.
- Approximate geographic location (city level).
- Traffic source (search engine, direct link, advertisement).
Meta Advertising Measurement — Optional Consent
We do not load Meta Pixel before your separate consent. After consent, we measure visits to selected public pages, successful contact-form submissions and confirmed bookings. We do not use it in creditor portals, case pages, reports or the booking confirmation page.
You can change or withdraw consent using 'Meta ad measurement preferences' near the bottom of the page. Withdrawal stops subsequent sending and removes this integration's advertising cookies, but does not retrospectively delete data already received by Meta. This choice does not change the Google measurement settings described above.
- Meta may receive your IP address, device/browser information, cookie identifiers, public page URLs and referrer. These data are not necessarily anonymous and may be processed outside Saudi Arabia under Meta's policy.
- We do not send client names, phone numbers, emails, inquiry text, service selections, case numbers or claim amounts to Meta. Automatic advanced matching is disabled.
- A successful inquiry is measured as a Lead, and a confirmed appointment as Schedule. Neither proves a retained client. WhatsApp and phone clicks are not confirmed conversions in this measurement.
- Consent is optional. Declining does not affect inquiries or bookings. Your choice is stored locally for up to 180 days.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies for the following purposes:
You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect your experience using the website.
- Essential cookies: To ensure the website functions properly.
- Analytics cookies (Google Analytics): To understand how visitors use the site.
- Advertising cookies (Google Ads): To measure ad performance and improve targeting.
- Meta advertising cookies: Used by this integration only after separate optional consent.
